Disk slipping
The metal disk that the sand paper attacehs too is slipping, is there a set screw for this?

how to use
I have been lent the sander by my daughter who does not have the instruction booklet. I need help loading the sand paper and need to know how much pressure to apply. I'm trying to give a smooth finish to textured paint.

Need owners manual
I inherited all my dad's tools but I don't know how to run all of them. This is a very simple belt sander but I can't figure out how to get the belts off and on, and I bet it needs oiling, etc. so am looking for owners manual. Would be glad to cover expenses of getting a copy. Thanks!
