  Using SD Card
  Whenever I try to use an SD card the binoculars seem to work fine but then when I load up the card on the PC it tells me it needs to be formatted. No matter how many times I format the card it does not work. All cards do the same.

  Right (adjustable) eyepiece fell off. Recovered exterior part, but it doesn't fit tightly. I suspect that another part is missing. Where can I get a parts list or parts?

  eye cups are sticking
  I have debris in the eye cups and they are sticking pretty bad. I can't seem to get the debris out...is there any way of removing the eye cups to cleaning them?
