Last night,I felt like my heart was skipping a beat. I took my bp with the hem-741crel and my bp was in the normal range. However,my monitor had a heart show up at the bottom. I misplaced the leaflet some while back. What does the "heart"mean?

My physican's blood pressure measuring equipment and my LifeSource UA-767 differ dramatically in their almost simultaneous readings. Where can I take my device in or near area code 33950 to have it calibrated?

Can't Read Numbers on Screen
The numbers on the glass panel are not complete numbers. I tried changing the batteries and this did not solve the problem.

error codes
I keep getting error codes when taking my BP. Most commonly I get E instead of a reading. Tonight it was EE. I purchased a large cuff (Omron) that is supposed to be compatible. My doctor wants me to take my BP daily and I can't with this problem. I get a reading about every 6 attempts. Help.

Broken monitor?
The monitor just seems to have died. New batteries are in and no life at all. I tried to mess with the connections just a bit and nothing. Help...I like this monitor!

I need help setting the date. It appears that the months go from 10 to 19, which I don't understand, so how do I set the month for the beginning months of the year ... why does it go from 10 to 19 and not 1 to 12?

poor product
I have a samsung that is 10 years old. It is great. I loaned it so I purchased the above model. It does not register correct.It will not pump up the arm band will be really tight and the meter reads 10. I do not have receipt to return it to Target in Oxford,Al I first purchased the see thru version…

will not pump up
unit will start to pump up and when it get to about 25 it give me an error, if i apply a little pressure to the cuff til it builds up to around 50 it will continue to complete the cycle. but ! is the reading correct? do you think it might be weak batteries?
