  Need Manual or directions to use auto timer
  Bought refurbed and it had no manual. Works great, but no idea how to use auto-timer.

  Leaking coffeemaker
  During the brewing process the product leaks heated water from the base; about 7-8 oz. It does not leak coffee so I assume that it is in the hot water delivery mechanism prior to reaching the ground coffee.

  water on floor, not in pot
  made coffee this am - went out bottom rather than into pot - tried a little water again - same thing - no coffee in pot - what do I do to fix ????
