Shuts off before brewing has ended
Coffe maker shuts off before all water has been through the cycle. Coffe maker must be turned back on to finish cycle as if there is no water left. Happens many times during cycle

Malfunctioning
It is very slow to brew with lots of sputtering. Multiple cleaninings did don't help much. Suspect a clogged line or flow valve! please advise.

Won't brew
My FTX23 one day started spewing coffee & grounds and when I got it all cleaned up, now it won't brew. When I run a cycle (brew or clean) it takes forever and only yields about 2-4 cups of the 12 cups I put into the reservoir. Help!

Coffee pot stops
The coffee pot makes 1-2 cups and stops. We turn the pot off and on again to get it to start brewing again. I don't know what the problem is.

Faulty check valve
The water fron the tank stops flowing toward the heating element. By slipping a smal stick through the tank outlet and pushing on the ball of the check valve, the water starts flowing again. Is there a replacement check valve available?

DCM55 PROBLEMS IN USING
I bought this coffee maker 2 days ago. But the water does not filter down the permanent filter. I put the coffee power in the permanent filter and on that i put the plastic mesh type filter. But all the water does not drain down on the Carafe.

Timer

spring on bottom of tank
