    Coffee Weak
    Water flows too quickly during brewing. If I put in more coffee, the filter overflows. Is there some way -- inside, maybe -- to slow down the rate of flow a bit?

    Wolfgang Puck's people sent me the link to the site for all their products instructions manuals and there was the coffeemaker one !

    lights flashing
    if you do not have all parts in properly the lights will just flash make sure you have the clear grinder top in place
