Hi, I would like to check if the V971N can display degree C as well instead degree F?
In addition, is the sensor covers of standard size and easily available at major stores?

no measuring
I replaced the battery and when I push the "on" button I see the right display, but after 2 seconds only the small triangle starts to blink. Nothing else happens. The thermometer doesn't start to measure. What's wrong?
