console not working

running belt is off centered
the main wide running belt is off centered and rubbing the rollers. How do i adjust or recenter the running belt? I do not have an owners manual.

tension wont work with new battteries
Help, i changed out the batteries and the panel works, but i have no tension, timer will not continue for more than 5 seconds and this was a fairly unused unit at my moms for the past 2yrs. Help, what do i need to check?

Pulley system issue
Butterfly and high cables don't work with less than fifty pounds of weight - weights simply stay suspended.
Pulleys and cables are assembled correctly...

the hole underneath the bench where you put the pin for incline, is off slightly and the pin doesnt go all the way through.
