my nib refurb didn't come w/a manual
I dropped a wad on a refurbed Gateway P-7811FX laptop, which showed up missing the "J" key, and completely devoid of any documentation.

I just got an Acer Aspire 5735-4774 Laptop computer, and I went through everything very carefully, but there isn't an Owners' Manual in the packaging! Argggh! Where do I go to download an Owners' Manual?
