we had a major film jam and after clearing the jam the printer worked fine for about 10 sheets of film and now it jams in front area at the densitometer, seems like something is preventing film to travel through this area.

Printing misaligned
We try printing various forms or posters to this printer and the page that prints is missing about a centimetre from the right hand side. Have checked the configs of the printer against another one and they match. The pages print fine on this other printer which is the same model.
