blinking lights--won't print
The top green light and the bottom red light are blinking on the top of my printer. Nothing will print. What do I need to do?

i'm trying to print avery labels #05105 and using their template in microsoft word...all goes well until it goes to this printer and once in a while, it takes the labels from the upper tray, but mostly it is printing my labels on a piece of paper which is of no use to me . what am i missing?

Feeder
When I want to use the feeder, I want to be able to just put the paper in there and have it switch automaticallly, is there a setting that I can change to make this happen?
So I want it to always chose the feeder option if there is paper in there otherwise I need it to pull from tray one.

Printing problems
Need to know the settings for the Canon IR c5800. Users can not print black and White. If they change the settings to black and White, when they press ok and go back in to the settings it is back on auto.

constant paper jamming
This is a constant issue with this printer. It may print one sheet, then it jams, the printer tries to pull the next one and the stops, causing jam error.
I am using 20 lb paper, I only have one tray 8 1/2 x 11.
This is very frustrating and would really like your advice on how to fix this.
