scooter not moving
ineed a trouble shooting guide the scooter was not used fo a few week nor charged wheb you put the key in and pull the thottle the yellow ingnition light flashes and the scooter will ot move I have tried re-charging but the same thng happens can any one help

won't run in reverse
my scooter has a brand-new battery and runs great in forward gear but will not move in reverse. any advice? I don't have manual on hand. TIA

I purchased the above scooter earlier this year and have had nothing but trouble with it.
I sheltered from the rain the other day and it would not move afterwards.
It now emits it's usual 3 beeps on swithching on then continuously 3 then 4 beeps. I know this should tell of a fault but the manual bous not explain, Go you know the meaning of the beeps.
Also I am certain this is a copy of another scooter does anyone know which one.
The owners take up to a month to answer emails and because of this I have only been able to use it foe 5 days in the 5 moths I have owned it.

I cannot locate the model number on mt scooter (which I bought used) so I can download a owner's manual it is a victory 4 wheel scooter in candy apple red with a grey seat
