Printing isn't dark enough
We changed the cartridge because the ink was low. When we copied something it didn't show dark but light. Help. Thanks.

Black line on page
It is printing a black line down the left side of the page, about 2 inches from the edge. I have cleaned the printer inside and ran the cleaning page and the line is still there.
