  Problem after Power Outage
  We had a power outage where electric went out and back on and back out in a few seconds. Then out for days. My machine now says "Waiting a Moment" and does not recognize any of the buttons when pressed. I've unplugged it and plugged it back in to no avail. Do not know what else to do.

  Have XP
  
  Tried to install DUOScann and have the following errors
  
  1)Could not find an Agfa scanner on host adapter 0 (a
  
  32 bit ASPI driver installation
  
  2)The ASPI manager was unable to initialize. ASPI services will not be available.
  
  3)RPC driver installation
  
  Not supported

  toner problem
  I've replaced the toner and the display still indicates toner needed, it' correctly installed. Done it on a regular basis, is there something I missed?

  Scanning
  When I try to scan a photo to my computer, it says "Refer to device documentation to troubleshoot" and I don't know what that means and I can't get the printer to scan my photo.
