When I lower or rise incline for the track, there is a loud noise from the mechanical parts. What causes this and can it be repaired?

Cut Out

belt slows
We haven't used this treadmill in a few years, and it has been sitting in a barn. When I step on it to walk, it slows down to around 1, then speeds back up to whatever I had it, then repeats this. Do I need to lubricate it, or tighten the belt?

Need Repairs

does not work correctly

doesn't work

Speed is in KPH?
When I press the button to increase the speed, it increases in random increments, but the same random increments each time, leading me to believe it might be set to KPH rather than MPH.

TRIPPING HOUSE CURCUIT BREAKER
TREADMILL IS TRIPPING HOUSE CIRCUIT BREAKER. TREADMILL CIRCUIT BREAKER SHOULD TRIP BEFORE HOUSE BREAKER. I BYPASSED THE TREADMILL CIRCUIT BREAKER AND STILL TRIPPED THE HOUSE BREAKER. ANY IDEAS?

Belt not turning
When powering up our treadmill the display works and the incline/decline works but when we try to start it the belt tries initially to turn but then stops and will not move.

When power switch is turned on tread mill run's full speed and none of the contorls work or do anything . The only way to stop it is turn off the power switch. What should I be looking at to fix this problem.

Thought it was the motor control, replaced that but still has the problem. I found alot of fan belt dust under the hood when replacing the motor control. Problem is not the motor control.

digital display
When you reset it all zeros appear but never change for speed or distance nor cal. burned. At first it showed the time, distance, cal. fat cal and speed. now just zeros. The pointer for each moves but numbers never appear. Thanks a lot, Jerry

Fan won't quit
The only way I can get the fan to stop is to kill the power to the entire treadmill. Can anyone supply me with a wiring diagram or help stop the fan?

S3 EEPROM error
Treadmill slowed to the slowest speed in the middle of a workout and raised itself to the highest incline. The display finally read E3 eeprom. It has been unresponsive to anything since except the on off button.

Incline not working
It appears the incline lift motor is receiving the signal and turning. Also, the lift bolt looks good and it appears there is no damage to the threads. However, there is something locked that prevents the motor from lifting the Walking Belt assembly. Please help to troubleshoot and find the damage…
