watch will not keep splits
replaced the battery and after the watch was used it will no longer keep splits. the screen reads "full" and will not clear. any remedies? thanks, dave

i have recientally purchased a Casio G-shock 2288 GW-500A from someone. and this morning when i woke up the screen was blank and there is just the word "Charge" blinking on the upper portion of the screen. is this something that i can take care of myself, or do i need to have the watch serviced?

The hour minute hands are white against a beige background making it difficult to read the time. Can someone tell me if it is possible to open the front of the watch so I might gently touch up the hour minute hands with a black marker.

Setting the date
I pulled out the crown and cannot get it to change the date. I have managed to change the time but the different date is not moving.
Also, the crown came right out of the watch when I pulled it out. Is this right?

Store lap times
When I press the hold to store button to save 1 lap/session it reduces the memory slots by 2 and not 1, therefore I can only save 25 laps instead of 50.

the watch gets to the 18th of the 4th month and changes to the 19th of the 5th mth. You change the watch to current day and month and it goes back to the 19th of the 5 month....What am i doing wrong??? It does the same each month it gets to the 18th, goes forward a day and month.
