I bought the Altec Lansing BX1020 speaker system a few months back. It worked fine until yesterday when I lost all sound. I can't find my user's manual or disk. Please help!!!

trouble w/speakers

Not working
I am having trouble getting the speakers to work. They are connected but no sound is coming out. I have checked the sounds and devices and it says that there are no audio devices connected.

can't connect Zune
it seems the connector for the Altec Lansing and the Zune is not working. I can use the Zune cable to the computer no problem and using an Audio cable with the AL device and Zune works. Tested with 2 different Zunes.

Ipod won't sit correctly in dock

RADIO TUNING
WHEN FINE TUNING THE RADIO, IT WILL ONLY SET EVERY 0.2 MHZ I.E. 121.0-123.0-125.0. NORMALLY A RADIO WILL SET EVERY.05 MHZ. CAN THIS PROBLEM BE RESOLVED.

Wireless Remote not working
I opened my inMotion IM600 and while everything works locally, I can't get the remote to work at all. The manual says nothing about having to activate the remote. None of the buttons I press work, and the light does not light up when I press any buttons.
