    Faxing
    I am attempting to send a fax with a cover sheet by utilizing the Send To function in Microsoft Word. When I attempt to send the fax, only the cover sheet is sent. How do I send my document with the cover sheet?

    Unable to print
    Printer was working previously, and all ink cartriges are full & Ok, however, when printing, very light black and no colors.
