    Alarm light is flashing & Memory /in use light is on.
    When toner door is opened and closed it prints a cancelled document & alarm light again goes on.
    Tried unplugging printer no help.
    Tried diconnecting from computer no change.

    Scan Error Message
    When scanning to a mailbox, the tx report is received and the image is never scanned. No other messages received. Any ideas?

    Printing problems
    Need to know the settings for the Canon IR c5800. Users can not print black and White. If they change the settings to black and White, when they press ok and go back in to the settings it is back on auto.

    Bate Stamping copies
    We have this copier in our law office and a question has arisen by one of the attorneys asking if our color Cannon 5800 can bate stamp copies. If so, how do you set up the copier to bate stamp copies? Thanks for your help.
