  Scan Error Message
  When scanning to a mailbox, the tx report is received and the image is never scanned. No other messages received. Any ideas?

  Printing problems
  Need to know the settings for the Canon IR c5800. Users can not print black and White. If they change the settings to black and White, when they press ok and go back in to the settings it is back on auto.
