  6.0 Qt Programmable LED Slow Cooker. Model MST-6000W
  The LED will not turn on at all.
  I tried to turn it on and nothing happens.
  Is there something I need to do prior to starting it for the 1st time? I washed it but I did not was the outer part of the cooker.
