Can You Help With These Problems?

  Will not operate
  Both red and green lights on the power switch illuminate but nothing happens. No jams.
  
  Is there a reset?

  how often do you have to use lubricating oil on the machine? What kind of oil should be used?

  Wont stop when done sherdding
  The PS70 2CD will not shut off when done sherdding. Have to do it mannuly. Need a parts list.
