    How do I remove the protective face cover, as instructed on the cover. Nothing in manual about its removal.

    Unit's protective cover
    Plastic cover on unit has small note saying to remove cover before using machine. How do i get it off??? I could not find anything about it in the instruction manual

    How to set the date?
    I need help setting the date. It appears that the months go from 10 to 19, which I don't understand, so how do I set the month for the beginning months of the year ... why does it go from 10 to 19 and not 1 to 12?

    BpA 200
    Our machine purchased in Decembe 2007 has consistgently registered 30 poi9nts over the systolic and 10 points over the diastolic. Where can we send it to get it corrected.
