  lost safety cord and treadmill will not work
  serial # L736878 lost safety cork and machine will not turn on. Display blinks and then reads safe. I do not have the manuel.

  I am looking for a operating manuel on a older model treadmill. I can only find the serial #7-713400 and that it is a Phase 1. I do not see a Model number anywhere.
