They stop randomly and have to be reprogramed.
If any one weighs over 200 lbs they randomly stop. Is this normal? What could be the problem?

Message Center not displaying
The message center on the treadmill is not displaying anything. The area is lit up but nothing is displaying. I have to memorize the sequence of keys from the manuel in order to use the machine.

I need to flip the power cord to wrap o the right of the machine when standing in front of the machine facing the power switch.
Is that possible? if not what is the cost of a longer extension cord that is 12 inches longer than the standard?

On the fitness test setting, it gives numbers after you complete the test indicating whether you passed the test and to what degree...is there a listing of the numbers and what they mean in the manual? Could you please email that information to us. Thanks, Judi

Set Up Time Limit over 60 Minutes
How can I set up time limits over 60 minutes. I am training for a marathon and I run more than 60 minutes and I don't want to stop in the middle of my run and set up the time againg. Please advice. Thanks.

missing a circut
I have one and need a picture of the back it looks like its is missing a circut resides to the right of the power cord, there are 2 pink and 2 blue adaptors prongs sticking out the the holes, can someone help.
