  Switch configuration
  I have a Mitel 5201 plugged into a CIsco 3560G. I can see it attempting to lease from the Cisco switch (DHCP wise), but once the address is handed to the phone, it appears to time out. I have the switchport configured as follows:
  
  interface GigabitEthernet0/20
  description Mitel 5201 - Configuration must be as follows
  switchport access vlan 10
  switchport voice vlan 100
  srr-queue bandwidth share 10 10 60 20
  srr-queue bandwidth shape 10 0 0 0
  queue-set 2
  mls qos trust device cisco-phone
  mls qos trust cos
  auto qos voip cisco-phone
  spanning-tree portfast
  spanning-tree bpdufilter enable
  spanning-tree bpduguard enable
  end
