Can You Help With This Problem?

    Wiped hard drive
    My F10 would stop on the girls face when you turn it on so i thought it would be an idea to clear my F10 and copy all the info from a friends F10. This didn't work and when i turn it on all i get is the screen as when it is linked to a pc. please help.
