REPLACING OF PULLEYS

speed control
wrong hold speed that you set it on. ex. set it on 5, it jump to 6.7, 6.5 6.1

will not turn on
was working. Moved treadmill. Now will not turn on. Read manual. checked outlet and switch. I could not locate any circuit breaker. Any suggestions?
