  I am in need of a manual. I have had this product for 21 years and have only used it as a slow cooker, because I cannot find the manual. The temperature controls are numbers and I am not sure how to convert/which temperature I should use for using as a slow cooker "LOW" etc that is described in recipes

  I bought this item on e-bay. It was advertised as brand new. However it was not in its original container and there was no instruction book included. Given time I guess I will figure it out but it would be very helpful if i had the book.
