  When in manual mode, the tension will still increase automatically. Also making a screeching noise occasionally - usually when stopping, but sometimes when in motion.

  Crank arm too tight
  The left crank arm is so close to the case for the fly wheel that its rubbing and creating plastic dust/shavings. Then on the other side the right crank arm is sticking out about an inch and it wobbles (just on that side).

  There is no resistance on my XP160, even when I set it to the highest level of resistance. It doesn't feel like the belt is slipping, there's just a complete lack of resistance. Thoughts?

  the computer will turn on but will not change the resistance, or track time, or speed or anything that has to do with the pedal turning. it will tell you your heart rate, but that doesn't take a pedal turning. what could be wrong? I already checked the wireing for loose wires!
