  the pre programed rutines will only hold the higher resistance level untill the next 1 min time period then it revers back to the lowest level, I have to re set it every min. how do I set it to leverl 7 or 10 for the entire program with + or - for the terrain.

  No tension/resistance
  The bicycle no longer has any resistance regardless of tension/hill level. Computer continues to work but makes the physical level does not change when new level is entered in system.

  Stuck in high gear
  We've had the machine for about 3 years now. About 4 months ago it started acting like you are constantly at the highest intensity level regardless of what setting you put it at. Is there a way to fix this?
