    How To Find Model Info for Car DVD
    Hi. We bought a new car w/a Rosen DVD player installed aftermarket. Our dealership had no info on it. How do I find out the model number so I can see the manual on line. Thanks so much!

    DVD not accepting the disc
    When we insert a DVD into the system it comes back out without recognizing the disc. Displays the message "no disc."

    What do we need to do - travelling tomorrow with 4 kids. Thanks!
