  Not working due to paper jam
  Over time a large amount of excess, semi shredded paper has wound around the inner mechanism in the one corner of the shredder.
  
  How do I fix this problem?

  not powering up
  is there a fuse? could it have blown? I push the power button and no response no matter what outlet it's plugged in.

  Not working
  The machine isn't working at all. Doesn't seem to be getting power. Nothing is lighting up at all.

  shredder continues to run
  when turned on to auto it just continues to run, have not used is a long time, and not used hardly at all.
