    trying to defrost meat... for example poultry, on the number pad # 3 then the lcd screen displays "lbs" (blinking) I press the number of pounds #2 so i have 3:2 on lcd i press start I get "EE". ?????

    When heating is complete light stays on after food is removed and turntable continues to turn. Cancel/Reset does not stop this but may reverse direction of turntable rotation.
