  it won't accept any tapes
  it won't accept any tapes. I mean, the tape goes in, but the mechanism doesn't take it all the way in.

  recording from satellite dish whilst viewing other channels
  I have purchased a analogue/digital television and have had trouble with making the right connections so that i can view a program and record another from satellite.
  I have a Tv with 2 scart sockets, a dvd with one scart, a vcr with 2 scarts and a skybox with 2 scarts. I have 3 scart leads
  At the moment I have connected so that as soon as I put a cassette in the vcr I cannot acess tthe satellite channels.
  Can anyone suggest the correct connection method please
