  I am not able to reset anything to zero so I can put different ages etc. on.
  
  I looked at one manual but all it told me was what the scale could be used for. Nothing on resetting it.

  For the last year my scale have been stuck on kg versus lbs. When I first set it up 3 years ago it was fine. Now I have tried many times to reset the weight to lbs but it doesn't work.   How to operate
  This is a scale which also measures body fat. It allows storage of 2 people's data e.g. height, sex etc but I can't switch it on to actually weigh myself. How do you actually use it to weigh yourself?

  Scale has switched to displaying weights in stones. I can find no way to switch it back to pounds.

  I am unable to get the scales to weigh. When you step on the scale, the weight indicator won't go past 0.4 lbs & keeps rolling back & forth from 0-0.4. I have tried removing the batteries & resetting with the reset button. The clock works fine.
