  No Communication base to handset
  No dial tone heard and hitting page/find results in no page. I have checked battery voltage, the phone line, and the handset does power up and you can set and hear the ringer volume. Phone also beeps. It appears there is no communication between handset and base. I tried depowering and tried the code reset as descibed in manual but no beeping heard.
