Do You Know About This Manual?

  have recently purchase a Yukon that has the Farenheit-mp4 dvd player. The model # is Tid-530. I have no manual on the product so I have nothing to reference to when there are questions. Currently the operation panel is not illuminating so while I am driving at night I am not capable of changing any options such as the volume or the menu, however the other side of the panel does illuminate. What is wrong and what should I do to fix the problem?
