carb adjustments

bogging down will not stay running. cleaned air filter,new gas,plug looks good,good spark. started doing it yesterday but would run,today it will not run for more than a minute. saw has not run in 6 years

    was wondering about high low adjustments could have something to do with it and what are the base settings
