setting clock

I got this clock for a preseent many years ago & can't remember how to set time. Not sure of model number but there is a CE on bottom of clock. It tells time, date, month, temperature and also displays a small monthly calendar. The are buttons on bottom of stand that read (left to right) Snooze, Mode, set, Light, HR, MN, Alarm on/off. I would like to know if this is the model and if I can get a manual to help figure out how to set time. Thank you. Debby
