Roland Electric Keyboard Roland EXR-7 Interactive Arranger

Styles and Songs doesn't play

When I press a start/stop button to play style or song, it display "DISABLED" message and the button doesn't even blink.
All tones and other things llike METRONOME are Ok.
Am using Roland EXR7 interractive arranger. What can I do?
