BenQ Projector PB2250

first time use

We can not get the projector to start for the first time.
We get the blue piqutre on the whall but it is only searching on video then RGP and S-video.. I have tried Fn + F8 several times and can see the litle piqture in my pc but nothing happens on the whall.. only searching.. Please help urgently by return mail
