how do I download the pictures taken from the internal and external memory of the camera

    I just purchased this camera & the instruction booklet leaves a lot to be desired. Anyway, you may have figured this out by now: Once the computer is connected to the camera - are you ok with this? open the software on your computer & the file you want to use, then press the 'share' button on the camera. It transfers the pics. At least, so far I've done it once & it worked. Good luck.

    After a week of head scratching I found out the USB cable wasn't pushed into the small grey adaptor! which then goes into the camera!!! Needs some force!! Try this. It worked for me
