Chamberlain Garage Door Opener 4000

Incomplete manual

I have just acquired a Motorlift 4000 all in good working order but with no instructions. The manual available on this site is only 8 pages in total out of a max of 40.
For my own safety I think I need to read all the pages before I begin the installation. Does anyone know where I can obtain a complete manual? Thanks.
