Cobra Electronics Two-Way Radio PR 950 DX

I have a pair of 2 way radios (PR 950 DX) and I was reading through the manual and I came accross the part where it said I could have my radio to vibrate. It said to press the mode button untill the call feature icon appears, but it doesn't, the only features I have when I press the mode button are: PRIVACY CODE SELECT, MEMORY FUNCTION, SCAN, SCAN MEMORY, CALL TONE, ROGER BEEP SELECT, KEY TONE ON/OFF. Can you help me?
