I am looking for the exercise manual for this home gym. I have the user/assembly manual but now I need a picture/step by step exercise guide.

    There use to be a exercise list with pictures on the web but it is no longer there.

    But the exercises in the bowflex powerpro manual are all pretty much the same for the power flex. Take a look at this manual and then look at your power flex and you will see that it can do the same stuff.     I found my copy of the chart with the pictures and excercises for the Power Flex. I posted it here:
