TP-Link Network Adapter TF-3239D/TF-3239DL

After installing the adaptor, we are unable to find the drivers so cant go any further with it??? Its very frustrating. we are wanting to set up our older desktop with broadband and were told we needed this adaptor. What to do nxt?
