Brother Color Laser Printer HL-2400C

constant paper jamming

This is a constant issue with this printer. It may print one sheet, then it jams, the printer tries to pull the next one and the stops, causing jam error.
I am using 20 lb paper, I only have one tray 8 1/2 x 11.

This is very frustrating and would really like your advice on how to fix this.
