Kenwood Monitor DDX7019

Populating the phone book

I am unable to populate the phone book on my DDX7019 from my Nokia phone. To date I've tried doing it via Bluetooth. The actual phone book is greyed out and doesn't allow me access. All other features of handsfree seem to work OK. I look forward to solving this quickly as it is a major reason why I bought this unit in the first place.
