Compaq Laptop PC Presario C700

touchpad scrolling

Hello. When I first bought my laptop, I set it up to scroll using the touch pad. Now it has quit scrolling, and I can't figure out how to check the settings. How do I reset the touchpad scrolling? Thanks, Caroline
